Description

In business since 1987, Mat Tech is the Canadian leader in the manufacturing of quality carpets recognized from coast to coast. We strive to develop and manufacture effective solutions to maintenance and ergonomics problems by offering high-performance, safe and aesthetic entrance mats and anti-fatigue mats.

Mat Tech is looking for motivated, resourceful and positive people to complete its work team.

You will share your daily life with three wonderful customer service colleagues, in addition to working closely with two sales colleagues and a graphic designer. However, there are 50 of us in the entire company, and we all work towards a common goal, success!

With this collaboration, you will be able to contribute to our success and demonstrate all your know-how since our customer service department is evolving and wants to reach the cutting edge of technology. When do you send your CV?

Through your dynamism, your commitment and your positivism you will contribute, among other things :

  • To respond to our customers who will call you to order our superb mats;
  • By the same token, you will be able to provide them with some prices;
  • To find beneficial solutions for these customers who share their problems with you;
  • To update client files;
  • To ensure the management and follow-up of emails;
  • To enter and monitor current orders which are under your responsibility;
  • To provide support to the sales team.

What will you need to feel comfortable in this role? :

  • 2 to 3 years of experience with customers, regardless of the field;
  • You must be bilingual orally and written (French and English);
  • You must know Excel well (intermediate) and if you know TEAMS in addition, it is an asset;
  • You manage pressure and your priorities well;
