Sales agent
Description

You will share your daily life with wonderful colleagues in both sales and customer service. However, we are 50 in the company, and we are all working towards a common goal, success!

With this collaboration, you will be able to contribute to our success and demonstrate all your know-how since our sales department is evolving and wants to reach the cutting edge of technology. This position is new to us, so you can adapt it to your color!

When do you send your CV?

Through your dynamism, your commitment and your positivism, you will contribute, among other things:

  • Answer calls from end users;
  • Understand the customer's need and close the sale;
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with our clients;
  • Create enthusiasm for our products during your various exchanges;
  • Update data in the computer system;
  • Manage the inventory and production flow of the Western Canada warehouse;
  • Provide support to your colleagues.

What will you need to feel comfortable in this role?

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in customer relations, regardless of the field;
  • You must be bilingual orally and in writing (French and English);
  • You must know Excel well (intermediate) and if you know TEAMS in addition, it is an asset;
  • You manage the pressure and your priorities well;
  • Your dynamism and your interpersonal skills are recognized as your strengths.
